Inspiration
I want my clients to feel as passionate about the whole design process and to enjoy it as much as I do.
I like to work very closely with each individual and create a design that is personal to them, rather than foist upon them some kind of generic 'Andrea Maflin' look. If what I'm doing doesn't resonate with the client, then I do not consider that I have succeeded.
I take my inspiration from many sources - nature, works of art, maybe something that the client already owns, or their personality itself will inspire me.
It's very much an organic process that is client-lead and then facilitated by me. You will find I have a very inclusive, 'hands-on' approach, as my aim is to achieve something that utterly suits the person I am working for. I love what I do - and I want you to take as much pleasure in the result as I will have in the creating of it!
When we first meet, I will ask you lots of questions to help me form an idea of what kind of design would suit you best. What you don't tell me is as important as what you do!
I work in a very intuitive way that engages my clients and makes them feel part of the process. I love it when a client tells me how much they are looking forward to seeing me again!
